Hi there! I’m Laura Jarboe, owner of Rose & Tate Interiors, a boutique firm offering personalized full-service design to clients in Kentucky and surrounding states. When you hire R&T, I’ll personally work with you step-by-step throughout the entire design process, from conception to completion. Being a small firm, I accept only a select number of projects each year, ensuring focused attention for each and every client. Over the years, I’ve fine-tuned my design process to achieve a streamlined and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

One of my favorite things about design is getting to know the clients, vendors, artisans and professionals that I work with on a daily basis. I have a passion for curating bespoke, American made, locally made, small business, family-owned, small batch, handcrafted, ethically and sustainably made pieces that add a unique flavor to each project and support other business owners and makers in the process. While it does take both time and financial investment to seek out these pieces, the end result is a truly intentional and original home that tells the client’s story.

Although not defined by a single aesthetic, R&T interiors share an emphasis on natural materials, an abundance of textures, and earth-toned color palettes heavily inspired by the outdoors. To me, design is an intuitive process, based more on the feeling a space evokes than on a set of rules or conventions. It’s true that each project comes with countless small details to be considered, but in the end I create homes that feel effortless and natural.
